Northern Michigan Retreat: $400 Deposit payment plan

ATTENTION: This checkout option is to register with your non-refundable deposit of $400 + payment plan. The remaining balance of your Retreat is due no later than September 11th, 2025. Please connect with Kourtni on a payment plan that works best for you and also let her know which option you are reserving for your lodging: 

Bunk Room with either twin top bed or bottom double size bed

(we don't usually embrace bunk beds, but my goodness this set up is so cozy you will enjoy it!)

Bunk Room: total of $2,200 (-$400 deposit = only $1,800 remaining balance) 

Bunk room registration is guaranteed top bunk with the possibility of upgrading to bottom double bed if others do not purchase the upgrade to reserve it. 

Add $50 a night ($150 total) to book the bottom double bed for you!

For only an extra $100 a night you can reserve a private queen room.

Private Queen room: total of $2,800 $2,500 (-$400 deposit = only $2,100 remaining balance)

  • 4 Days/ 3 nights at the Retreat Lake House in Beulah, Michigan
  • Personal 2 Hour body work session with our therapist and doula, Cierra.
  • ALL Retreat activities for Self Development, Adventure, and Healing such as somatic practices, breath-work ceremonies, sound bath journey, cacao, herbal elixirs, art & creation class, cyclical living workshop, swimming in the sun and stars, dancing under the moon, resting in the sand, etc.)
  • Exploring favorite local sacred sites including Michigan vortexes and Sleeping Bear Dunes area.
  • This retreat is dedicated to receiving clarity in the mind, connection with the body, and union with Spirit. We will feature multiple nourishing opportunities throughout each day and night to receive from the Sisters holding space for us on the Retreat.

Terms and Conditions:

 By registering for the Retreat you understand and agree to the following:

  • I understand I have voluntarily registered for the Retreat and I am under no obligation to participate in the Retreat or any activities.
  • I release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC of all liability for myself and my personal belongings.
  • By registering for this Retreat you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
  • Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for your accommodations to get to the Retreat House.
  • I understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Retreat payment processes.
  • I hereby affirm I am in good health and able to participate in the Retreat activities. I understand this retreat is not medically supervised. I will agree to consult with my physician in regards to questions about my health and ability to participate both mentally and physically.
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC and their respective partners against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in this Retreat and the activities throughout the Retreat including transportation.
  • I hereby waive and release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any and all claims, costs, liability, and expenses for any injury, loss or damage whether known, anticipated, or unanticipated arising from my participation in the Retreat.
  • I agree to submit my non-refundable deposit and I understand under no conditions will this be refunded.
  • I understand if I cancel my trip after August 14th, 2025 there will be no refund of payments and remaining balance will still be due by September 11th, 2025.
  • Refunds for remaining balance paid other than the non-refundable deposit will be refunded if you inform Kourtni King you will not be attending retreat no later than August 13th, 2025.
  • All balances are due by September 11th, 2025.
  • By registering you understand Kourtni King reserves the right to remove you from the retreat at any point after registration even during the event itself if necessary.
  • I give permission to Fuel My Soul, LLC and Kourtni King to use photography and videography taken during the Retreat for marketing and promotional material

  • There are no guarantees with this experience. Success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow through. No particular result is being predicted or guaranteed from attending this event. You fully agree there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive and activities you engage in during the Retreat.
  • There will be no legal or financial advice offered during this event. Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for errors or omissions of any kind. You agree to release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any liability whatsoever of any loss or damage you may incur.
