Hocking Hills Retreat: payment plan

This payment option allows you to register with a first payment of $400 with a total investment of $1,200. 

What you'll receive:

  • 4 days, 3 nights at Luxury Retreat House Mansion on 130 acres

  • All meals included

  • Private Chef

  • Retreat Activities 

  • Standard Room  

$400 non-refundable deposit is already included in the $1,200 total. It is not an additional fee 

There are 8 private king bed suites available if you are interested in upgrading to a private room for one person ($1,700) or would like to share a private room with another person ($1,400 pp), please contact Kourtni or Angie to reserve. It is a first come first serve. 

This payment plan is set up to be $400 a month until 2/25/25 when the remaining balance owed will be due. Example: if you register January 2nd you will pay $400, then February 2nd another $400 payment will process, with the final $400 due by 2/25/25. 

Please note alcohol is prohibited during the entire experience.

Terms and Conditions:

By registering for the Retreat you understand and agree to the following:

  • I understand I have voluntarily registered for the Retreat and I am under no obligation to participate in the Retreat or any activities.
  • I release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC of all liability for myself and my personal belongings.
  • By registering for this Retreat you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
  • Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for your accommodations to get to the Sedona Retreat House.
  • I understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Retreat payment processes.
  • I hereby affirm I am in good health and able to participate in the Retreat activities. I understand this retreat is not medically supervised. I will agree to consult with my physician in regards to questions about my health and ability to participate both mentally and physically.
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC and their respective partners against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in this Retreat and the activities throughout the Retreat including transportation.
  • I hereby waive and release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any and all claims, costs, liability, and expenses for any injury, loss or damage whether known, anticipated, or unanticipated arising from my participation in the Retreat including transportation.
  • I agree to submit my non-refundable deposit of $400 and I understand under no conditions will this be refunded.
  • I agree to forfeit all remaining balances if I cancel my trip after January 31st, 2025.
  • Cancellations before January 31st, will be a 50% refund.
  • All balances are due in full by February 25th, 2025.
  • By registering you understand Kourtni King reserves the right to remove you from the retreat at any point after registration even during the event itself if necessary.
  • I give permission to Fuel My Soul, LLC and Kourtni King to use photography and videography taken during the Retreat for marketing and promotional material

  • You agree to use your own judgement and diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion, recommendation, or activity from the Retreat.
  • There are no guarantees with this experience. Success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow through. No particular result is being predicted or guaranteed from attending this event. You fully agree there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive and activities you engage in during the Retreat.
  • There will be no legal or financial advice offered during this event. Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for errors or omissions of any kind. You agree to release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any liability whatsoever of any loss or damage you may incur. Always seek financial and/or legal counsel relating to your specific circumstances as needed for any and all questions and concerns you now have or in the future.
