Please read the details of the payment plan before finalizing payment: 

This payment plan is designed to offer an opportunity to individuals who desire to be a part of this experience, but financially prefer to spread out retreat cost into multiple payments.

By selecting this option you are agreeing to pay a total of $3,885. The complete balance owed is due 3/25/25. Monthly payments will run each month for $555 until 3/25 when all remaining balances are processed. For example: If you register November 20th, your first payment of $555 will process at time of registration. The next payment will occur automatically December 20 for $555 then again January 20, February 20, March 20 and the remaining balance of $1,110 will be processed on March 25th. 

There is a non-refundable deposit of $950.

The deposit is included in the $3,885, you do not have to pay an extra deposit fee. 

If you need to cancel your registration for whatever reason you must notify Kourtni King before 12/31/24. A refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be issued.

If you cancel after 12/31/24 and before 1/31/24, There will be a 50% refund of $1,942.

Cancellations after 1/31/24 are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions:

By registering for the Retreat you understand and agree to the following:

  • I understand I have voluntarily registered for the Retreat and I am under no obligation to participate in the Retreat or any activities.
  • I release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC of all liability for myself and my personal belongings.
  • By registering for this Retreat you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
  • Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for your accommodations to get to the Sedona Retreat House.
  • I understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Retreat payment processes.
  • I hereby affirm I am in good health and able to participate in the Retreat activities. I understand this retreat is not medically supervised. I will agree to consult with my physician in regards to questions about my health and ability to participate both mentally and physically.
  • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC and their respective partners against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in this Retreat and the activities throughout the Retreat including transportation.
  • I hereby waive and release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any and all claims, costs, liability, and expenses for any injury, loss or damage whether known, anticipated, or unanticipated arising from my participation in the Retreat including transportation.
  • I agree to submit my non-refundable deposit of $950 and I understand under no conditions will this be refunded.
  • I agree to forfeit all remaining balances if I cancel my trip after January 31st, 2025.
  • Refunds for remaining balance paid other than the non-refundable deposit will be refunded if you inform Kourtni King you will not be attending retreat no later than December 31st, 2024.
  • Cancellations after December 31st and before January 31st, will be a 50% refund.
  • All balances are due in full by March 25th, 2025.
  • By registering you understand Kourtni King reserves the right to remove you from the retreat at any point after registration even during the event itself if necessary.
  • I give permission to Fuel My Soul, LLC and Kourtni King to use photography and videography taken during the Retreat for marketing and promotional material
  • The information provided in or through this experience is for educational and informational purposes only and solely as a self-help tool for your own use
  • Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC is not offering medical, mental health, or religious advice. There is no health care, medical, or nutritional therapy services provided. There is no attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue, disease, or condition. Always seek the medical advice of your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
  • The information offered during the Retreat has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
  • You acknowledge you are participating voluntarily in this retreat and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choices, actions, and results, now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your participation with this Retreat.
  • You agree to use your own judgement and diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion, recommendation, or activity from the Retreat.
  • There are no guarantees with this experience. Success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow through. No particular result is being predicted or guaranteed from attending this event. You fully agree there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive and activities you engage in during the Retreat.
  • There will be no legal or financial advice offered during this event. Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC are not responsible for errors or omissions of any kind. You agree to release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any liability whatsoever of any loss or damage you may incur. Always seek financial and/or legal counsel relating to your specific circumstances as needed for any and all questions and concerns you now have or in the future.
