Terms and Conditions: 

By Registering for this event you understand and agree to the following: 

• I understand I have voluntarily registered for the event and I am under no obligation to participate in the event or any of the activities 
• Tickets are non-refundable
• I release Kourtni King, Fuel My Soul LLC, and all event partners of all liability for myself and my personal belongings 
• By registering for this event you take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being
• I herby confirm I am in good health and able to participate in the event activities. I understand this event is not medically supervised. I will agree to consult with my physician in regards to questions about my health and ability to participate both mentally and physically 
• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC and their respective partners against any and all claims and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my participation in the event.
• I hereby waive and release Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC from any any all claims, costs, liability, and expenses for injury, loss, or damage whether known, anticipated or unanticipated arising from my participation at the event.
• Event details and activities are subject to change at any time. 
• I give permission for Fuel My Soul, LLC and Kourtni King to use photography and videography taken during the event for marketing and promotional material 
• Kourtni King and Fuel My Soul, LLC is not offering medical, mental health, or religious advice. There is no health care, medical or nutritional therapy services provided. There is no attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue disease or condition. Always seek the medical advice of your own medical provider or mental heath provider. 
• The information offered during the event has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. 
• You acknowledge you are participating voluntarily at the event and that you are solely and personally responsible for your choice, actions, and results now and in the future. You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your participation with this retreat.
• You agree to use your own judgement and diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion, recommendation, or activity from the event.
• There are no guarantees with this experience. Success depends on your own effort, motivation, commitment, and follow through. No particular result is being predicted or guaranteed from attending this event.
