Glamp Camp Payment Plan

This payment plan is set up for the standard glamping option for 3 beds within one large tent (maximum of 3 people). If you would like a payment plan for an upgrade semi-private or private glamp camp set up please email Kourtni at kourtniking @gmail.com 

The payment plan is designed as an automatic monthly payment of $200 per month until remaining balance is due September 1st, 2026 for a total investment of $1,000 (this includes the $300 non-refundable deposit). The cost for registration is the cost per person for this style tent. 

Ex: If you register June 6th, your first payment of $200 will be processed at time of registration. The second payment will be on July 6th for $200, then the third payment of $200 on August 6th. The remaining balance of $400 will be due on September 1st. For upgraded payment plans, payments will be adjusted to reflect those totals for registration. 
 
Details for purchase: This registration purchase will include all retreat activities, glamping amenities, experiences, and all meals during the retreat. The standard glamping set up is luxury glamping tent with three beds designed for maximum of three guests. The $1,000 is the cost per person for this tent. 

A non-refundable $300 registration fee is included in this purchase. If a refund request is submitted before 7-17-26 then the refund will include the cost of registration minus the $300 fee ($588 returned). Refund requests between 7-17-26 and 8-17-26 will be 50% refundable for $444. There will be no refund requests granted after 8-17-26. Tickets are transferable to a different person if needed :)Â
