How the event will flow:

Activities throughout the day will consist of exercises to open your energetic channels and release what is blocking you from being able to open your heart to its fullest capacity.

A Return to Love will begin with a Cacao Ceremony.

What is a cacao ceremony?

A cacao ceremony is a community gathering centered around the ancestral drink of Cacao. We drink Cacao to meditate and to express gratitude for all that we have and all that we are.

The flood of theobromine and other feel-good molecules in Cacao opens up your heart, helping you connect with yourself and your community.

This is the freedom to create Heaven on Earth. Trained facilitators and healers will be joining forces to provide the alignment and attunement offered at this event. 

Rapid Resolution Therapy transformative healing through shifts in perspective providing clarity and cultivating joy. A holistic modality which is not only effective, but also gentle and enjoyable, bringing relief to the nervous system and promoting ease in navigating life. A clear mind leads to an open heart.

YOGA for heart opening release and restoration. Alyssa O'kar will be guiding us on a powerful flow filled with inspiration and connection. 

Breathwork Ceremony: “To be without breath is to die physically, to be
without spirit is to die in your soul.” -Your Body Speaks Your Mind.
Your breath is your life force energy. When activated in specific patterns it can open the heart and fuel your soul. A deep state of meditation
encourages the mind to relax so Spirit can flow in. Stagnation can be released with the breath to allow higher vibrational frequencies to be activated. The connection of heart, soul and Spirit through breath allows one to connect with their Higher Self and receive divine downloads. 

Transpersonal Hypnotherapy: A deep state of relaxation similar to
mediation to connect the mind, body, and soul for transformation.
The Transpersonal Hypnotherapy will be a guided visualization to
release what is blocking you from being in your heart space.

Chakra dancing- Movement is a powerful tool to release stuck or stagnant energies within the body and restore harmony. Let the music move you and allow yourself to dance as if no one is watching. Don’t worry about having rhythm, you will be floating on cloud 9 by this point 

FOOD did someone say BLEND SMOOTHIE BOWLS?!  We will gather around the table to celebrate our upgrades and embrace the high vibrations we cultivated together throughout the day. A local health food restaurant BLEND will be providing the nourishing food.
